Welcome to our Scientific and Practical Conference:
" The New Era of Real Estate Modeling: Insights into Current Practice, AVMs, AI, and Future Challenges "

Throughout this event, we will explore the future of real estate modeling, focusing on the pivotal role of Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) and AI-driven innovations in transforming the valuation profession. The conference will provide a comprehensive overview of current AVM practices, practical applications, and technological advancements shaping the industry.

Our discussions will delve into key topics such as the ethical use of AI, data security and protection, and the potential of blockchain technology to ensure data integrity and transparency in property valuation. Special attention will be given to mass appraisal systems, exploring their integration with emerging technologies to create robust and scalable solutions for property taxation. We will also highlight the transition from traditional regression-based approaches to cutting-edge machine learning and AI models, offering insights into the human-machine synergy in valuation processes.

Practical workshops will cover real-world applications, including data acquisition, preprocessing, and securing sensitive information to ensure accurate and trustworthy results. Finally, the conference will focus on blockchain technology as a tool to enhance valuation practices and taxation systems, particularly regarding data reliability and the secure transfer of property information. Our goal is to inspire thought-provoking discussions and establish a collaborative platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, and groundbreaking advancements in real estate modeling and valuation.
